- Our mining customer was looking for the most penetrating teeth possible to equip his excavators working in coal extraction, as he couldn’t find satisfaction in all the current offerings.
- We therefore decided to design a new shape, in close collaboration with our Indonesian distributor and the enduser.
RESULTS
- With the new CP shape (Coal Penetration) the penetration is increased , higher production, reduced fuel consumption and, above all, long tooth service life (approx. 200H).

- We chose the TURNKEY® Rhino locking system for its simplicity, ease of use and safety, which covers both ears of the tooth with a perfect fit.
