OBJECTIVES RESEARCHED BY THE CLIENT
- Our customer, a familiar user of the FASTKEY® range, was looking for a new, innovative and safe system to replace his bucket equipment.
- They chose the TURNKEY® Grizzly in size 5. TURNKEY® Grizzly, with its horizontal, rotative and hammerless locking devices, offers to the customer a great ease and safe handling during assembly & disassembly.
RESULTS
- The PR shape has a perfect tooth profile for an excellent soil penetration.
- This shape is a good compromise between wear and material/penetration. In addition, as the kit is lighter, it offers best quality/price ratio. The teeth have not yet been changed.

OBJECTIVES RESEARCHED BY THE CLIENT
- Our customer needed to equip a selection of LIEBHERR machines for the LIEBHERR France network.
- They wanted to standardise his equipment by choosing a single G.E.T. manufacturer, based on the following criteria: better soil penetration, quick and easy assembly and disassembly, bucket loading optimization, precision and ease of operations….
RESULTS
- With their thicker upper legs, abrasion adapters offer optimum abrasion resistance.
- Moreover, the standard S shape has an ideal profile for earthworks, as well as good penetration and abrasion resistance.

OBJECTIVES RESEARCHED BY THE CLIENT
- The customer was looking for a new G.E.T. manufacturer to equip the buckets.
- Competitors’ teeth only lasted 90 hours.
RESULTS
- Thanks to our PR-R tooth shape, the tooth has enough material to resist abrasion, while benefiting from a very good profile for easy penetration.
- The customer used his Turnkey® Rhino teeth for 140 hours, while the competitor’s system lasted only 90 hours.

- The customer manufactured a 1200mm wide clamshell bucket in Hardox.
- The bucket is multi-purpose for an 18-tonne machine.

- The standart “S” shape is a long,flat tooth.
- The profile is ideal for eartmoving and standart multi-purpose use , as it provides good peneatration and abrasion resistance

OBJECTIVES RESEARCHED BY THE CLIENT
- Our mining customer was looking for the most penetrating teeth possible to equip his excavators working in coal extraction, as he couldn’t find satisfaction in all the current offerings.
- We therefore decided to design a new shape, in close collaboration with our Indonesian distributor and the enduser.
RESULTS
- With the new CP shape (Coal Penetration) the penetration is increased , higher production, reduced fuel consumption and, above all, long tooth service life (approx. 200H).
