1 – TKSH & TKWH: proven reliability

The TKWH side shrouds and TKSH blade shrouds use an eccentric locking system that, through compression, eliminates any play and firmly locks the protection in place. Unlike Toplok and Promet systems, this design prevents movement and rattling over time, avoiding breakage, downtime, and safety risks.

2 – Foundry process & material quality

Backed by Group-owned foundries, Feurst provides high-quality steels with a hardness of 540 HB. All sites are certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

3 – Easy installation & removal

The Hammerless technology allows installation and removal within minutes. Weld-on bases are compatible with both side and blade shrouds for excavators ranging from 50–90 T and 100–350 T.
