Features of the TURNKEY® Grizzly locking system
The innovative, rotating, eccentric locking system compresses the tooth onto the adapter, combined with the performance of the nose, ensuring performance in terms of mountability, service life, and removability in all circumstances. Single-use locking system. The protective cap is an integral part of the locking system.

After rotating 180° clockwise, a mechanical stop confirms that the system is locked.

Double Penetrating: Double-pointed tooth. Used on the corners of buckets to protect the sides, or on a complete blade.
Penetrating: Long, pointed tooth ensuring excellent penetration
Penetrating Coal: Sharp, penetrating tooth used to scalp layers of material in low-abrasion environments (such as coal).
Standard: Long, flat tooth. Ideal profile for earthmoving, good penetration, and abrasion resistance.
Extra-Large (Flare): Teeth for excavators and loaders. Flat profile for collection and work in roads, networks, and miscellaneous (VRD).
Super Abrasion: Excellent abrasion resistance with heel maintaining penetration profile.
Reinforced Abrasion: Loader tooth for highly abrasive use, with a large heel.
Reinforced Penetration +: Sufficient material to resist abrasion while providing an excellent profile for easy penetration.

Feurst offers a range dedicated to mini-excavators with its Fastkey system: 3 tooth sizes (FKM to FK2) suitable for equipment from 1 to 11 tons.
We offer a wide range of tooth shapes and adapters: TLR (standard), PE/PR (penetrating and reinforced shapes), DPE (fork), EL (extra large), or abrasion options, to suit all types of soil. Mini-Standard adapters ensure a solid fitting and minimal wear.
