Wing shrouds to weld & wedge
Shrouds designed to protect, in abrasive environments, the bucket wings as well as the welds between the cutting edge and the side plate, by efficiently disributing the load toward the bucket beam.
The wing shrouds also protect the base of the wings and thus limit wear in these highly stressed areas.
Heel shrouds
Shrouds designed to protect, in abrasive environments, the bucket heel area during the loading phase, as well as the welds between the bucket floor and the side plates.
Blade shrouds to weld & wegde
We have inserted chamfers in each side of the lip shroud in order to position as close as possible of the bucket lip and covering adapter’s weldings.
Chocky bars
Cutting edge reinforcement using Chocky Bars for situations of extremely high abrasion.
Bi-metal buttons
Weld-on bi-metal buttons are used to protect the bucket side plates.
