Since 1992, Feurst has been manufacturing bucket teeth and adapters for quarry, mining, and public works machinery, for loaders and excavators weighing between 1 and 350 tons.
Based in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, in the town of Feurs, this subsidiary of the Safe Metal group, the world leader in cast steel components, is itself the “number one” in France for its patented wear parts systems: teeth and adapters.
Feurst guarantees stock availability of all its ranges of teeth, adapters, and bucket protectors for your local distributor. This product availability means that orders can be shipped within 24 hours in mainland France.
Distributors are familiar with Feurst teeth through visits to the foundry and regular training, and are available to assist every customer.
An on-site diagnosis can also be arranged to benefit from Feurst’s expertise in the case of a specific application.
At Feurst, our mission is to design and manufacture high-performance ground engagement tools for buckets used on quarry, mining, and public works machinery, as well as loaders and excavators weighing between 1 and 350 tons.
We are committed to providing our customers with robust, innovative, and durable products that can meet the most demanding requirements in the field.
With our own Design and Industrialization Department, equipped with the latest design and 3D printing technologies, we are able to adapt to all market demands, even the most specific ones.
With our team of specialist consultants and advisors, we are able to offer tailor-made solutions for all applications.
Our logistics and sales administration resources, together with our new online service platform, enable us to offer a high level of performance to all our French and international customers.
At Feurst, we have one ambition: to be the technological benchmark for cast steel ground engaging tools for the public works, mining, and quarrying sectors.

Merger of two family-owned companies founded in 1918, engaged in the production of pattern-molded steel: Aciéries et Fonderies du Doubs (Sainte-Suzanne) & Fonderie Maître (Colombier-Fontaine).
They were subsequently renamed Feurs Métal, then Castmetal Feurs.
Distribution company specializing in wear parts for public works machinery.
Launch of the ORCA range
New Orca range in sizes 20 to 34, designed for construction, earthmoving, public works, and quarries.
New Stickey® range in sizes M to 19, designed for construction, earthmoving, public works, and quarries.
New Fastkey® range from size M to 13, designed for construction, earthmoving, public works, and quarries.
Fastkey® is one of the most effective hammer-driven ground engaging tool solutions on the market. Since 2023, this product has been gradually and partially replaced by TURNKEY® Grizzly.
New Adaptable Sidekey® range from size M to 13, designed for construction, earthmoving, public works, and quarries.
It was at the Intermat 2015 trade show in Paris that Feurst officially unveiled size 13 (TKN13) of its TURNKEY® range.
This launch marked the arrival of TURNKEY® in the most demanding applications, with the first deployments in quarries, where robustness and reliability are essential.
This was a decisive first step in the success of this innovative range, designed to meet the needs of professionals in earthmoving, public works, and quarries.
New TURNKEY® range in sizes 10 to 19, designed for quarrying and mining operations.
This range is designed for machines up to 350 tons, operating in the most abrasive and demanding environments.
Featuring an integrated, patented locking system, TURNKEY® guarantees simple, quick, and secure mounting, with no risk of tooth loss. Its optimized geometry ensures better penetration into the ground, reducing fuel consumption and premature tooth wear.
New TURNKEY® range of small sizes from 3 to 9, designed for construction, earthmoving, public works, and entry-level quarries.
Robust and wear-resistant, it offers optimized penetration and quick fastening for maximum performance and simplified maintenance on all types of job sites.
We are launching our collaborative platform and online configurator: a space designed for you, to go faster, further, and more simply. Choose your products, track your projects, and chat live with our teams.
And because change also involves image, we are unveiling a brand new, more modern, and more impactful graphic charter: a reflection of our energy, our proximity, and our forward-looking vision.
Feurst is transforming itself to better support you.
In 2024, Feurst unveiled the ORYX range, an advanced version of the ORCA system, specially designed for the extreme conditions of hot slag processing.
Self-hardening steel gives ORYX parts working in hot slag the necessary mechanical characteristics. In the most difficult working conditions (1300 to 1600°C), ORYX parts offer maximum performance and a long service life.
In 2025, Feurst took another step forward in innovation by unveiling new tooth models and shapes, as well as redesigned adapters within the TURNKEY® range, specially designed for the most demanding applications in terms of abrasiveness and impact resistance.
These technical innovations provide enhanced durability, extended adaptability to a wider range of machines, and optimized operational efficiency on quarry and extraction sites.
