A sliding mechanical wear cap is mounted on top of each adapter to prevent premature wear and damage.
The wear caps are reversible, held in place by the tooth, and last up to 2 tooth changes, depending on the material’s abrasiveness.
All tooth profiles are designed to self-sharpen as they wear and do not need to be reversed.
This reduces machine downtime. The adapter’s geometry is designed to protect the welds from wear, ensuring a secure fitting at all times.
The teeth are locked onto the adapter; noses do not need to be rebuilt.

Reinforced Penetration: Good tooth profile for excellent penetration. Good compromise between material wear and penetration.
Short Penetrating: Short tooth with good profile for use on ripper fingers or buckets.
Double Penetrating: Double-pointed tooth. Used on bucket corners to protect the sides, or on a complete blade.
Penetrating Coal: Sharp, penetrating tooth used to scalp layers of material in low-abrasion environments (such as coal).

Pick (PE) : Long and sharp tooth ensuring an excellent penetration.
Pick Short (PE-C) : Short tooth,accurate shape to be used as rock cutting tooth (ripper).

Rock Chisel (PR) : Perfect tooth shape for a strong penetration. Excellent compromise wear material/penetration.
Rock Chisel + (PR-R) : Enough material for a correct abrasion resistance perfect shape enabling better penetration.

Coal Penetration (CP) : Pointed and penetrating tooth, used to scalp layers of materials in less abrasive environments (such as coal).
Weld on Nose : Adaptor for ripper application, and for adapter restoration.
Abrasion A10° : Excavator adaptor. A wear cap is fixed to the upper leg. Nose angle is 10°. Excellent abrasion resistance.
Standard : Adaptor for excavators and loaders. Good tooth continuity shape. Adaptor without wear cap for low-brasion applications.
Cast Corner : Specific adaptor for large excavators. This adapter has a blade and wing start, and is fitted into the sides of the bucket. It is most often used in highly abrasive environments.
PA WH : Special wear cap for installation on Cast Corner 17 and 19. The cap protects the top of the Cast Corner and the wing start-up at the connection weld.
