Side shields – pin-on or weld-on versions
Shields designed to protect, in abrasive environments, the bucket sides as well as the welds between the cutting edge and the side plate, by efficiently distributing the load toward the bucket beam.
The side shields also protect the lower part of the side plates, thereby limiting wear in these highly stressed areas.
Heel shrouds
Shrouds designed to protect, in abrasive environments, the bucket heel area during the loading phase, as well as the welds between the bucket floor and the side plates.
We have inserted chamfers into the branches of the adapters and on the sides of the inter-tooth shields, allowing the guards to be as close as possible to the adapters in order to protect the blade and welds.
Chocky bars
Cutting edge reinforcement using Chocky Bars for situations of extremely high abrasion.
Bi-metal buttons
Weld-on bi-metal buttons are used to protect the bucket side plates.
